I want to apply for mohanty 4 year course 2015-16 in public administration course. Should I apply first for preparatory course 2015-16 first or can I apply for general scheme of public administration course as it is being notified and I have to pay my fee from a private institute.

I am not going to give a list, as I mentioned in my 3rd post, a must read is siyasat, a must read for history is Todays India, a must read for any person living in India is Indian Democracy, overall a must read for every aspirant is their work, a must read for school kids is school boards of India. Every Public Office should have a copy of constitution in office. Every voter must have a copy of constitution. After the constitution all of us blindly follow the constitution, because majority of population is ruled by the constitution, so every citizen of this country must have a copy of constitution.
